Crown and Anchor, a game of dice dating back to 18th-century Britain, is
played with three dice and a board/mat. The mat has six equally sized spaces,
each with a different symbol: crown, anchor, heart, club, diamond and spade. The
six faces of each die match the symbols. The banker takes the bets and then
rolls the dice. If the symbols that were bet on match the face of any of the
thrown dice, the player wins the bet. If there are no matches, the banker keeps
all wagers.
- Approx size of the mat : 92cm x 60cm
